Silicone Parts&Products for Silicone Prototyping
New product design almost always starts with the prototype development as it gives you a fair idea of the look and feel of the physical product before investing in the tooling. You can not only check the functionality, fitment and aesthetics of the part with the prototypes but can also test the market response as well.
We are Rapid Silicone Prototype Manufacturers, and help you with the development of prototypes in silicone materials for different industries and usage.
Prototypes are made as per your CAD file or 2D part design. If you don’t have these, you can share your idea and we can develop the product design based on that and can develop the Prototype accordingly.
We are experienced prototype manufacturers who help you with the development of any kind of prototypes with multiple modifications so that you can develop the right product which is perfect in all aspects.
Being experienced product prototype makers, we guarantee you with quality silicone prototyping services that fulfil the purpose of your product functionality and will give you reliable results for the correct usage.

Rapid Prototyping is an important step in the design development and approval process leading to higher volume serial manufacturing. By employing 2D or 3D computer-aided design (CAD) models and advanced fabrication techniques-such as 3D printing-the process provides industry professionals with a reliable and economical method of streamlining their product development processes. This is the stage when the new product comes to life and can be tested for its true performance specifications. Whether you’re inspecting a new product in the board room or putting a functional part to real world testing, you need a part that accurately replicates your design.

Creating Prototypes with Rapid Prototyping

Many rapid prototyping operations employ additive manufacturing techniques-also known as 3D Printing-to generate the desired physical parts, models, and/or assemblies. Compared to traditional manufacturing methods that attach separate materials (e.g., welding) or remove excess material (e.g., machining), rapid prototyping involves the use of specialized materials-typically thermoplastics, metals, and photopolymers-that are heated, melted, and extruded to produce the pieces layer by layer.
Professional Silicone Prototyping
Our silicone product molding allows us to manufacture silicone prototypes in quantities ranging from production in the millions to small prototype runs using only the highest quality of materials. There is a purpose for every material we use in silicone molding from durability, strength, flexibility, and even finish.
To meet the demanding requirements of the Medical, Aerospace, Food Grade, and Automotive industries, We have achieved various certifications and permissions.

What Are The Four Methods of Silicone Prototyping?
Speed, cost, and approximation of the final part design (including properties and dimensions) are the three key points when selecting a suitable method for making silicone prototyping. There are more choices for silicone parts, which makes the development process for silicone products more challenging.
(1)3D Printing
Silicone 3D printing is an option for silicone prototyping for the new elastic materials specifically made for 3D printing. With the surprising growth development of additive manufacturing technology and product manufacturing, equipment costs are falling rapidly.Silicone 3D Printing is a technology without tooling and can work automatically without inspection. A small volume of parts can be available for the technology within hours. But for precise and fine parts, accuracy may be a challenge, and large volume production(>100)is not practical.
(2) LSR
LSR is a common technology in manufacturing silicone sample parts with production equivalent injection molding machines and production-grade materials in soft metal molds. This method can achieve quick tooling making and manufacturing of parts. Enough accuracy but a higher cost for small-volume manufacturing.
(3) HCR( High Consistency Rubber) Molding
It is a simple manufacturing process used to make parts with HCR. Putting HCR material into a heated cavity to solidify and manufacture the part. The process is easy, but it is not available for complex geometric parts. At the same time, HCR owns a longer cycle time than LAR.
(4) RTV((Room Temperature Vulcanization)
According to the definition, RTV will cure at temperatures, although the work will keep hours, ovens are often used to speed up the pace of curing of materials.
